Please book physiotherapy for the first visit for 45 minutes.
You can book follow-up visits according to the instructions (30min/ 45min/ 60min).

Massage
Massage 30 min / Massage 45 min / Massage 60 min
30 min massage is suitable for a single area, such as the lower back or the neck-shoulder area. ​
45 min massage is suitable for e.g. for a full back massage and a short neck-shoulder area treatment.​
60 min massage is suitable for e.g. for the entire back, neck-shoulder area and head area or legs.

Also pregnancy massage and masticatory massage.
Pilates
Small group Pilates maxium 6 persons.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and it can be adapted individually to different abilities.
Private sessions also available.
Option for home visits as well as private events.
